Children at Archdale Friends Meeting’s vacation Bible school took a step back in time to explore the Holy Land.
Volunteers decorated the meeting with tents, palm trees and plastic camels for the Egypt theme. Children heard stories about Joseph’s journey from prison to palace.
As part of their journey, children made decorative collars, made stuffed snakes out of men’s ties, wove baskets and even got to play in the mud to learn how mud bricks are made.
