Trinity park expense includes roads

The initial $1 million price tag for Trinity’s new municipal park includes the grading work and road construction needed to create a 27-acre park with walking trails, picnic shelters and a playground, while still leaving room for future amenities. The city will pay half of the cost to match a $500,000 federal grant.
